This project exhibits part of my work during an internship in the IT Department of the Octave Institute, a wellbeing-focused company under the IMC Group.
This internship marked a key transition in my design journey, from architecture to product-service system design. It gave me an opportunity to apply newly acquired service design methodologies in a real-world context, including service blueprinting for analyzing current offerings, ecosystem mapping to explore business expansion opportunities, and UI touchpoint design in detail.
I also realized that my background in architecture remained valuable in understanding human behavior and designing coherent, scenario-based service systems, even in a new design context.
